Aaron Mlnarik is a clinical nutritionist with a specialty in integrative and functional medicine nutrition. Aaron received his Master's in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and has worked collaboratively with functional medicine practitioners treating patients with autoimmune conditions, chronic and degenerative diseases, genetic disorders, and those seeking anti-aging, preventive, and general wellness therapies.
Aaron is a Certified Nutrition Specialist®, credentialed by the American Nutrition Association® through its Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists™. He is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the State of Illinois.
Utilizing his extensive experience with nutritional and foundational lab testing and interpretation, treatment planning, nutritional supplementation, and nutritional IV therapies, Aaron founded Specialty Integrative Nutrition, PLLC with the objective of providing nutrition services to practitioners who wish to utilize nutritional therapies with their patients, but would rather not have the costs associated with employing a nutrition professional full-time.
Aaron develops end-to-end implementation tools for integrative nutrition services (specialty lab set-up, supplement sales set-up, educational materials for staff and patients). He also supports the practitioner’s work through comprehensive evaluation of, and treatment planning based on, nutrition-related laboratory results. These details are provided in the form of a Treatment Map - a step-by-step plan that is easily implemented by the practitioner with their patient that includes nutritional testing recommendations, diet modifications, and nutritional supplementation.
